ADMISSIONS PROCESS
 
Thank you for taking time to learn more about NCA. Below you will find the steps necessary to enroll with us. We look forward to meeting you and showing you around our amazing campus.

* Re-enrollment = January 1 - March 5 (current students / siblings)

​

* Early Enrollment for new families =  February 1 - March 5

-Kindergarten applicants are encouraged to enroll in the Early Enrollment window  as these spots fill very quickly!

 * Regular Enrollment for new families =  March 6 - May 31

​

* Late Enrollment for new families =June 1 - June 25

​

** Special Consideration =June 26 and after...

 

* All applications will be processed after the given enrollment period closes.

**Applications received after July 1 may not be processed prior to the start of school. If there is still space in the desired grade, we will continue to process completed applications. However, we cannot guarantee that your child will start on the first day of school.
 

 

Online Application

When you are ready to apply, click the above button that says Start Application or follow the link below that says Create Account. Here are some things you may want to be aware of prior to beginning the application process:

• We charge a $125 non-refundable application fee per application, payable online.

• To apply, you will need to Create an Account for your family. This account will allow you to go back and see where you are in the application process.

• Your application will be complete upon receipt of the following supplemental documents and forms. You will be prompted to upload the following:

  • Application fully answered

  • Application fee paid 

  • Supplemental Forms Submitted

Additional Steps

Once your online application is complete, you will be contacted to schedule the following:

• Entrance Evaluations

• (Rising 6th-12th) Parent and Student Interviews with school admission board.

• If you have not yet taken a tour of the school, or you would like to see more, this is also a good opportunity to do so.

• Once you have completed the above steps the Admissions Office contact you in regards to Acceptance of your child.
